Take Back YOUR Time…

Man, it’s hard to believe February has already come and gone. Can you believe it?
You may not know but Dr. Verner and I are a part of a group of committed service professionals who are dedicated to improving ourselves and our service so we can better serve our community. A key component of the group is listening to a podcast which brings about thought provoking ideas from our mentor, friend and colleague Dr. Shawn Dill.
I am a firm believer everything happens for a reason and the topic of the week could not have come at a better time (no pun intended)…
Our focus this week was on the importance of TIME, bringing awareness to the fact that time is FINITE….. limited. Once time has passed, it is never to be re-lived in the exact moment again. Take a minute to think about it…
Heavy stuff right?
The conversations with people last month were elevated as a result of honoring and respecting time. Time spent with people, talking about the hardships and wins and everywhere in between. It was EMPOWERING!
You see, we do our best work at Verner Chiropractic with people who have lost track of themselves and their time as a result of trying to fulfill so many other responsibilities.
We often think it’s okay to neglect ourselves for something or someone else. We eventually become exhausted, irritated and overwhelmed. Our health deteriorates as a direct result.
When we don’t respect time… we become reactive, in a state of fight or flight and stressed. Our bodies were not meant to have the nervous system in a sustained state of stress…
I’m here to tell you to take back your TIME. Take a minute to focus on yourself so we can become the best versions of ourselves and give from a place of abundance because we feel fulfilled. We need your help… finding people who we are meant to serve. If you or someone you know is looking to regain their health and take back control of their time… give us a call at (775) 623-3938
I am so grateful for the experiences, interactions and lessons learned this month. Although February brought both good and bad news… It really put things in perspective.
Here’s to March….
